One of CST Design’s current projects has been awarded regional winner in the 2008 Daily Mail Property Awards.

CST Design is heavily involved in the architectural and timber frame design as well as undertaking the project management of the structure of the timber frame build. In addition to the structural elements CST Design has been involved in the specifying and sourcing of the windows, doors and cedar cladding.

“Quite possibly the most interesting and challenging aspect of the build will be that all timber frame panels will be manufactured on site in a purpose built building allowing greater control of quality, timing and cost. In the current financial climate the latter was the deciding factor allowing us to make significant savings.” said the developer, Sean Hodgson.

CST Design will be responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing process including quality control and materials purchasing.

In the last six months CST Design has completed work for many well established and respected timber frame manufactures from all over the UK including the north midlands, south Wales and even the Orkney islands.
